As a fully qualified Coach, I founded Lockley Associates to provide the support, motivation and understanding that can help people to make changes both at work and at home.

With 20 years' experience in National Press media sales, half of which were as a leader, I understand what it takes to grow and develop in today's world, and the need to feel confident, fulfilled and happy in what you do.

I focus on developing both soft and hard skills required for areas such as: management, getting a promotion, negotiation skills (both for work and consumer life), and balancing work with your valuable free time.

I do this with tailored programmes specific to your needs.

But although the content of these programmes varies, I believe that a holistic approach is vital. So the emphasis is always on coaching people as a whole, and not missing out vital chunks.

With an understanding of what it takes to be successful and enjoy life, I support individuals in their journey towards achieving this.
