Want to work more effectively and at the same time create free time. Follow the 4 simple steps to working smarter and faster.

Not enough hours in the day is often something that's said today.

People work through their lunch-break, stay late and work at home. This can lead to not enough 'me time', lack of energy and early burnout.

How effective is that time? Is it really productive? Can you really work smarter and faster?

We put it to the test for a week and the results were amazing.

As much was achieved but in two hours less time. Allowing for a relaxing lunch-break (or in my case a long cycle!) and valuable thinking time.

Top 4 tips:

  • 1. Set out your objectives (make them realistic and within your power).
  • 2. Remain focused on them remembering the benefits that they will achieve (give yourself a pleasurable prize when you reach your goal).
  • 3. If other projects are introduced prioritise their importance compared to your initial objectives and plough on!
  • 4. When achieved make sure you reward yourself (it can make you want to do it the next time!)
